that description belies the depth of his talent.
He is one of our country’s most inspiring and talented composers for solo guitar. Yet, he remains a fresh new musical experience waiting to be discovered by a growing audience.
This concert is the launch of Cary Lewincamp’s new CD titled “Home”. Much of the recently composed music is centred around the theme of home and family.
As well as playing his well known 7 string archtop guitar, Cary will play some pieces on a new 7 string acoustic steel guitar recently commissioned from Gary Rizzolo.
For new listeners, Cary’s music draws from all genres of instrumental guitar (classical, folk,
jazz, Latin, country and rock) and fuses into a completely new guitar sound....unique and emotive.
And for the listeners already familiar with Cary’s music ..... come hear his latest creations!
