Food and Feedback

We're thrilled to announce our second 'Food & Feedback' community consultation event at Burnie Arts.

Our first event at the Burnie Foreshore in February was a huge success, with over 1,000 people joining us for a free BBQ and engaging with Council on key projects and initiatives.

Building on that success, we've decided to make these events a biannual tradition.

The upcoming event will be held at the newly renovated Burnie Arts Centre, which is currently undergoing a $24 million reconstruction, including updates to both the interior and the surrounding Civic Plaza.

'Food & Feedback' is all about exchanging ideas over delicious food.

We provide a fantastic selection of nibbles from local businesses and free barista coffee, and in return, we ask for your valuable feedback on various community matters. It’s a win-win for everyone!
